• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and role-specific training requirements.
• Translate business needs into measurable learning objectives.
• Develop role-based learning pathways, curricula, and certification programs.
• Use generative AI tools to support learning analysis, content development, personalization, quality review, and maintenance.
• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, current, and relevant.
• Engage frontline employees to gather feedback and improve learning solutions.
• Coordinate with digital product teams, business stakeholders, enterprise partners, and external vendors.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve engagement and retention.
• Create visually engaging, learner-friendly digital training materials.
• Align learning programs with business objectives and evaluate their impact on performance and adoption.
• Consolidate overlapping content and align training materials with defined performance outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support change management and adoption planning for new learning initiatives.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations to keep learning content aligned with evolving technologies, tools, and business priorities.
• Use learner feedback, performance data, and field input to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
• Manage project backlogs, sprint activities, and deliverables within an agile or iterative environment.

Position Overview
