You will support a broad portfolio of employee development initiatives, including leadership programs, professional skills training, onboarding, technical learning, and companywide events.

The strongest candidate will be highly organized without losing sight of the employee experience. You should be comfortable managing many moving pieces, shifting between priorities, and taking ownership without needing every step mapped out for you.
This is more than a scheduling or administrative position. You will have visibility across the organization and the opportunity to influence how employees experience learning and development.
As the function grows, the role may also expand into areas such as learning technology ownership, onboarding, program creation, and broader development strategy.
