Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist reviewing and enhancing existing training programs to meet organizational needs.

• Create engaging content incorporating adult learning principles and multimedia.
• Collaborate with SMEs to align programs with industry best practices and goals.
• Ensure training milestones are met and materials are up-to-date.
• Provide guidance to trainers and evaluators for effective delivery.
