Job summary

Vega Americas, Inc. seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, facilitate, and continuously improve learning initiatives that support business performance and employee growth. The role partners with leaders and SMEs to advance organizational capability and leadership development.

You will manage development programs, deliver training, evaluate learning effectiveness, and lead projects across VEGA to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and continuously improve employee development programs and learning pathways.
• Create and distribute training evaluations, surveys, and knowledge assessments.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop technical and functional training programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide learning and development programs and onboarding activities.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid trainings.
• Monitor participation, completion rates, and learning metrics.
