Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Sr. Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver high-impact training for internal associates and external customers. The role focuses on building scalable learning, knowledge management, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of technical training or instructional design experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with industrial products and solutions.
• Proficient with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience with LMS, Knowledge Management platforms and digital learning tools.
• Experience with ERP (Epicor P21) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Spiro).
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for associates, distributors and customers using ILT, virtual and digital learning methods.
• Lead LMS implementation, administration and reporting, including curriculum management and learner tracking.
• Develop and manage a centralized knowledge management system for product, process, system and operational knowledge.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create role-based learning paths.
• Establish training effectiveness through metrics, assessments and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support change initiatives with training, communications, and adoption plans for new processes and systems.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled learning technologies to improve quality, speed, and learner engagement.
