Allied Solutions, LLC offers a 12-week internship for juniors and seniors on the Securian campus in St. Paul, MN. It is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week program focused on learning, development, and hands-on experience across instructional design, LMS administration, and content collaboration.

You will work with SMEs, assist in creating training materials and eLearnings, and help measure training effectiveness while gaining exposure to Seismic Learning and related tools.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate student pursuing Learning & Development, Education, HR, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles (ADDIE or similar).
• Strong writing and editing to produce clear, engaging training content.
• Basic graphic/visual design skills and ability to create simple layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with eLearning development tools or LMS platforms (Seismic Learning or similar).
• Interest in learning technologies and AI in training.

Aufgaben

• Assist in design and development of training materials, including static documents, eLearnings, and multimedia resources.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning solutions.
• Ensure training content is clear, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
• Support interactivity, video, and audio elements in learning materials.
• Develop job aids, user guides, process documentation, and performance-support resources.
• Assist organizing content within Seismic to improve usability, searchability and platform adoption.
• Assist Seismic LMS administration tasks such as course setup and user support.
• Pull reports from Seismic Learning to track engagement and performance metrics.
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness using data and feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and feedback.
• Assist with live and virtual training sessions as appropriate.
