Job summary

SLB seeks a Learning & Competency Training Operations Intern to support delivery, administration, and promotion of learning programs. You’ll work with learners, instructors, SMEs, and Learning professionals to ensure programs run effectively and provide a positive learning experience.

You will lead a defined project with measurable deliverables, receive coaching and mentorship, and gain exposure to global programs, LMS platforms, and certification initiatives such as SEPC.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, communications, education, learning tech, data analytics or data science.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams (Canvas is a plus).
• Experience with LMS, content creation tools, or digital collaboration platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery, administration, and promotion of learning and competency programs.
• Coordinate training logistics, learner enrollment, and session prep.
• Maintain training records and learner data in LMS.
• Assist with communications to learners, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Lead a defined project to improve training operations and learner experience.
