Job summary

LCS is offering a Business Applications Training Internship, a full-time 12-week program running May through August. Interns will contribute to meaningful projects with direct business impact and present results to senior leadership.

Interns gain broad exposure to the organization, its operations, and culture, with mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. The program emphasizes hands-on learning and collaborative teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Education, Instructional Design, or Technical Writing.
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the 12-week program.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Development: assist in creating and maintaining training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online courses.
• Training Delivery: develop rollout plans with IT and business users; assist in facilitating in-person and virtual sessions.
• LMS Administration: help manage the LMS by uploading materials, tracking participation, and generating reports.
• Needs Assessment: identify training needs by analyzing data and gathering feedback with SME input.
• Quality Assurance: review training content for accuracy, relevance, and standards.
• Project Support: assist in planning and executing training-related projects with internal teams and vendors.
• Research: stay current with e-learning trends and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Measurement and Feedback: work with manager on weekly milestone updates and evaluate project outcomes.
