Job summary

Schlumberger is offering a Learning & Competency Training Operations Intern role to gain hands-on experience in learning program delivery, administration, and promotion. You will support training coordination, learner and instructor communications, and systems administration while working on a defined project with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, communications, education, learning technologies, data analytics or data science.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, CANVAS.
• Experience with learning management systems, content creation tools, or digital collaboration platforms is a plus.
• Interest in employee learning, training delivery, communications, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Handle training logistics, scheduling, enrollment, and session prep.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and completion of training activities.
• Prepare training materials, participant guides, rosters, and facilitator resources.
• Support instructors and facilitators of training sessions.
• Communicate with learners, invite participants, and manage reminders and assignments.
• Assist in delivering workshops, virtual classrooms, and learning events.
• Support training evaluations and collect learner feedback.
• Coordinate SEPC program enrollments, assessments, certifications, and recognition.
