Qualifikationen

• Current undergraduate (sophomore or junior) pursuing a BA/BS.
• Majors listed in Education, Learning Technology, Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology or Organizational Development.
• Availability: 40 hours per week June to August.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with team members on developing and editing training materials.
• Assist in organizing and cataloging training resources and documentation.
• Participate in shadow sessions to understand learning methodologies.
• Support the creation of CBT modules, videos and job aids.
• Contribute to curriculum documentation for various training programs.
• Help compile and analyze training feedback data.
• Develop communication materials for training initiatives.
• Assist in creating facilitator and user guides and quick-reference materials.
• Engage in project coordination and support various training initiatives.
• Research learning best practices and emerging trends.
• Work on capstone project and contribute to internal knowledge base.
