Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in facilitation.
• Previous restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution and facilitation strategy for enterprise leadership development programs.
• Builds understanding of brand strategies and business challenges to ensure relevant learning solutions.
• Partners with Operations, HR, Talent Development and Learning Design to deliver programs.
• Evaluates learning effectiveness using feedback, performance data, and engagement metrics.
• Oversees learning logistics, travel coordination, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Coaches facilitators and travel coordinators to maintain quality and impact.
