Job summary

Darden Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to lead the delivery and execution of learning experiences that support a culture focused on results and people.

The role develops leadership programs across all Darden brands and the Restaurant Support Center, linking content to operating needs. You will partner with RSC, Brand Training teams, and SMEs to analyze needs, design and continuously improve enterprise and brand-specific learning experiences, and facilitate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years training or related experience.
• Excellent classroom facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates leadership development programs for Operations and RSC team members.
• Serves as point of contact for participants before, during, and after sessions.
• Partners with RSC, Brand Training teams and SMEs to analyze learning needs and design/maintain enterprise learning experiences.
• Learn, certify, and facilitate externally licensed learning experiences as requested.
• Review training evaluations to analyze effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Stay current on learning and development trends and apply insights.
