Columbia Hospitality, Inc. seeks an experienced Learning and Development Manager to drive delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs. You will lead leadership development, partner with stakeholders, and manage programs across the portfolio, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

You will facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions, measure outcomes, and advance organizational capability through practical solutions across Seattle-area properties.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in learning and development, talent development, or related field.
• Experience managing learning programs from planning through evaluation.
• Experience facilitating leadership or professional development, virtual and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and projects, set plans, manage resources, and measure results.
• Partner with leaders to identify development needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Deliver curricula and facilitate leadership and enterprise learning experiences.
