Job summary

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in learning delivery, strong facilitation skills across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats, and a proven track record in cross-functional leadership and program delivery
Qualifications
- 7+ years of learning delivery or related L&D roles.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience in instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid delivery.
- Knowledge of LMS transactions and learning records.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Delivery direct reports and manage workload.
- Oversee delivery operations for enterprise and regional learning.
- Set standards for learner readiness and delivery quality.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, rosters, and communications.
- Monitor delivery performance and drive improvements.
- Oversee LMS transactions and enrollment records.
