LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to build high-quality learning assets that support healthcare initiatives and sales readiness. You will translate learning strategies into engaging resources, manage content workstreams, and collaborate with subject matter experts, program leaders, and governance partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training content across multiple formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instruction design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, reviews, dependencies, and priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with program leaders and subject matter experts.
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences and ensure accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content using feedback, performance insights, and governance requirements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
