Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to build high-quality learning materials that support Healthcare. You will translate approved strategies into engaging experiences and own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources to ensure content meets standards and delivers impact for sales readiness and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and program-defined measurement requirements.
• Support other markets, as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
