Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions' Healthcare Client Engagement team is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to create high‑quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets that support sales readiness and employee development across Healthcare.

You will translate approved strategies into engaging, audience‑appropriate experiences, own the content‑production workstream for assigned initiatives, and collaborate with SMEs, governance partners, and program leaders to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training across formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to simplify complex business/technical information for diverse audiences and ensure brand, accessibility, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies, audience needs, and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement team.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and measurement requirements.
• Support other markets, as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
