LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate approved learning strategies into clear, engaging assets for Healthcare Client Engagement. You will own content production for initiatives, collaborating with program managers, SMEs, and governance teams to deliver high-quality resources across formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, reviewers, and governance partners.
• Ability to simplify complex business and technical information for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and measurement requirements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
