Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate learning experiences and own content-production from design to delivery.

You will collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and impactful learning across multiple formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies.
• Own the content-production workstream from design through development, review and handoff.
• Translate approved learning strategies and business objectives into engaging experiences.
• Partner with SMEs and governance resources to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and program metrics.
