LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist for its Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will create courses, videos, job aids, and guides that align with approved strategies and business objectives.

You will partner with SMEs and governance resources, translate complex information into clear content, and apply instructional design and accessibility standards to deliver effective learning experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare Client Engagement initiatives.
• Translate approved strategies and requirements into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream from design to handoff for assigned initiatives.
• Collaborate with program leaders, SMEs, and governance resources to ensure accuracy and governance.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, and reviews.
