LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the Healthcare Client Engagement team seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into clear, engaging resources across courses, videos, guides, and campaigns.

You will own content-production workstreams from design through handoff, collaborate with SMEs and governance owners, apply instructional design and accessibility standards, and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and learner impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training content across multiple formats; healthcare preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with program leaders, SMEs, reviewers, and governance partners.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and program-defined metrics.
• Support other markets, as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
