Job summary

New Horizons Behavioral Health is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage the Relias Learning system, assign trainings to staff agency-wide, and communicate with employees virtually and in person.

This full-time role requires an Associate's degree (Business preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Most programs run 8am–5pm with a one-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required, Business preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Relias Learning training system.
• Assign employees to scheduled trainings agency-wide.
• Communicate with employees virtually and in person.
• Conduct assigned training classes.
• Ensure ALL employees are current with their trainings and/or certifications.
• Complete other duties that may be assigned.
