Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Training and LMS Coordinator in Raleigh to coordinate staff training and ensure compliance while managing the LMS, Relias or future platforms. You will support workforce development and improve quality across the agency.

The role requires 2+ years in training coordination or HR support, a relevant degree, and a valid license for work travel. Relias experience is preferred; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training coordination, HR support, or learning administration.
• Proficiency with Relias or similar LMS.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

We are seeking a passionate Training and LMS Coordinator to coordinate all aspects of staff training and compliance while managing the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), currently Relias or any other future platform adopted by the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.

Skills: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training coordination, HR support, or learning administration.

Proficiency with Relias or similar or technically savvy.

Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
