Job summary

Residing Hope seeks a dedicated Training Coordinator to manage Caminos program trainings. You will organize cross-department learning initiatives, oversee Relias assignments, and ensure regulatory compliance with ORR and other bodies.

The role emphasizes coaching and calendar development to keep staff current with training needs. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, two years of training experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, plus CPI/CPR/First Aid training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; two years of training/teaching preferred.
• Current or the ability to obtain CPI/CPR/First Aid/AED and PSA training.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children or youth.
• Read/write/speak English and Spanish proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Caminos program training activities across departments.
• Oversee Relias online learning assignments and tracking for Caminos staff.
• Collaborate with supervisors to create team-specific training plans.
• Assist with annual training calendar and regulatory compliance.
• Lead one-on-one coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor training progress and CEU tracking for clinicians.
