Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Training and LMS Coordinator in Raleigh to coordinate staff training and ensure compliance while managing the LMS, Relias or future platforms. You will support workforce development and improve quality across the agency.

The role requires 2+ years in training coordination or HR support, a relevant degree, and a valid license for work travel. Relias experience is preferred; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training coordination, HR support, or learning administration.
• Proficiency with Relias or similar LMS.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.

• Coordinate all aspects of staff training and compliance across the organization.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure data integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service to support workforce development and quality improvement.
