Responsibilities

• Assist with circulation of Learning Commons materials and equipment.
• Provide high-quality customer service and software support.
• Monitor patron logon and computer lab workflow.
• Perform initial technology troubleshooting and reporting.
• Support departmental workshops and staff training.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for department administration.
• Enter/update items in multiple databases.
