Responsibilities

• Serves as knowledgeable resource to students, faculty, staff, and community to enhance learning and engagement.
• Provides consultative guidance on resources and support services.
• Oversees front desk operations, scheduling, calendar management, and communications.
• Monitors to ensure user policies are followed.
