Job summary

Walmart in Whitestown, IN seeks a Change Management Leader to coordinate training, oversee change programs, and align stakeholders across facilities. You’ll develop programs, measure outcomes, and promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability within the supply chain.

Partner with facility leadership to drive corporate initiatives, lead leadership development, and ensure timely training for hourly associates.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year’s experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
• 2 or more years’ of college in a Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implements training programs at the facility level.
• Manages execution and quality of delivery across change programs with stakeholder alignment.
• Oversees coordinates and provides leadership to project teams supporting change initiatives.
• Acts as an active member of the facility leadership team, coaching to develop others.
• Coordinates with facility and home office to implement corporate initiatives.
• Guides and executes Leadership Development process across the facility and coordinates hourly associate training programs.
• Supports associate engagement by providing learning opportunities and cross-training opportunities.
