Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate
• 1 year’s experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment
• 2 or more years’ of college in a Business or related field

Aufgaben

• Implements training programs at the facility level.
• Manages execution and quality of delivery across change programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication.
• Oversees leadership development, coordinates hourly associate training, and calibrates training effectiveness.
• Supports Quality, Safety and Human Resources teams in meeting training requirements.
• Guides and executes the Leadership Development process across the facility.
