Job summary

Walmart seeks a Manager, Learning and Development Programs and Partnerships to align development efforts with Facility Services’ TEACH pillar and enterprise goals. You’ll manage multi-stream L&D projects, coordinate partnerships, and report on outcomes to executives across operations, talent, and workforce teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field with 2 years of adult learning experience OR 4 years in adult learning.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Learning and Development or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional L&D initiatives with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex L&D projects and program workstreams across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate program planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement with program owners.
• Support workforce pipeline, career pathways, and talent development initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external partnerships to support training delivery and program objectives.
• Develop executive-level reporting and updates on program progress, outcomes and risks.
