Job summary

Bryant & Stratton College Albany Campus is seeking a full-time Learning Center Coordinator to oversee the Learning Center, recruit and train tutors, coordinate study groups and essential testing activities, and act as liaison among students, faculty, advisors, and testers to ensure strong outcomes.

The requirements include an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), testing experience, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Banner, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• College admission testing experience helpful.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills required.
• Computer proficiency in Word and Excel; comfortable with new systems.
• Experience with Banner or other student information systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines while building relationships with students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead proctor for entrance and proficiency tests and record results.
• Communicate testing locations, times, and participants to the team daily.
• Order and manage TEAS tests inventory.
• Coordinate testing schedules with admissions and faculty.
• Enter data and generate reports on testing results and trends using Banner and Excel.
• Recruit, hire, train tutors and organize subject-area study groups.
• Support faculty and administration in addressing learning disabilities and other needs.
• Coordinate library resources with Systems Librarian.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
