• Goals & Objectives: monitor and report to meet retention, engagement, and registration targets.
• Coaching of Students: advise, register, schedule and track attendance for ~25% of caseload.
• Registration: coordinate with Registrar on scheduling for current and future semesters; generate accurate reports.
• Supervision: oversee administrative duties and ensure timely, compliant operations.
• Teamwork: collaborate across FA, CS, Admissions, IT and Instruction to address student needs.
