Job summary

Raiz FCU is seeking a Learning and Development professional to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of training programs for team members. You will mentor staff, develop curricula, and coordinate organization-wide training initiatives across departments.

The role requires five years of training experience, strong communication, and knowledge of adult learning principles, with a focus on upskilling employees in a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business-related field or national training certificate/license.
• Minimum of five years of training experience.
• Proven track record in creating, delivering, and maintaining training programs.
• CCUF designation encouraged/required.
• Strong Microsoft Office and web-based application skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and development of training programs and activities across the credit union.
• Deliver, monitor, and conduct needs, job, or task analyses to identify training gaps.
• Develop curricula, programs, and materials for ongoing education and operations training.
• Coordinate organization-wide training schedules and document training activity and outcomes.
