Job summary

DocNetwork is seeking a Client Education Specialist to architect the client education ecosystem, design structured learning paths, and maintain a rich library of technical documentation. You will audit training assets, translate product updates into clear guides, and build courses in our LMS to empower clients to maximize software value.

You will report to the Client Education Manager and collaborate across product, support, and training teams, shaping education experiences that drive adoption

Qualifications

• Demonstrated successful experience in instructional design, technical writing, or educational content development.
• Proven experience building and managing content within an LMS (Thinkific, Teachable, etc.).
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to explain complex workflows in simple terms.
• Ability to manage multiple education materials with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to integrate feedback in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with Canva, Google Suite, and annotation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the structure and expansion of our LMS (Thinkific). Build and maintain self-paced courses and interactive learning modules.
• Design role-based learning paths for Admins vs. Power Users.
• Create assessments and knowledge checks to measure learner comprehension.
• Assist with live webinar production and script or edit short video tutorials.
