Job summary

ChurnZero is seeking a Customer Education Architect to design and deliver in‑product learning experiences and asynchronous e‑learning modules. You will build scalable curricula, storyboards, assessments, and certification tracks that map to customer roles and product evolution.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Enablement, you will partner with Product and Enablement teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and measurable impact across the Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning sciences, education, educational technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in customer education, instructional design, or enablement in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building e-learning modules, storyboards, assessments, and evaluation methods.
• Experience building in-app or in-product learning experiences (walkthroughs, guides, success centers).
• Strong instructional design fundamentals grounded in learning science and evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content creation or adaptive learning tools.
• Ability to apply learner feedback and performance data to improve learning experiences.
• Comfort translating product changes into accurate, timely education.

Responsibilities

• Build structured curricula and asynchronous e-learning modules across customer journeys.
• Design storyboards, course assessments, and learning paths by customer role and maturity level.
• Create and refresh certification tracks aligned with learning paths and product competency.
• Drive async, self-serve adoption to help customers realize value without live delivery.
• Develop in-app learning experiences via Walkthroughs and Success Centers inside ChurnZero.
• Produce contextual, in-the-moment education meeting customer workflows.
• Reduce reliance on long-form content with embedded guidance to improve outcomes.
