Job summary

DocNetwork seeks a Client Education Specialist to architect our client education ecosystem, develop structured learning paths, and maintain an extensive library of technical documentation. You will audit resources, build courses in our LMS, and translate product updates into clear guides for clients.

You will collaborate with the Client Education Manager to deliver engaging education experiences, write visually supported articles, and ensure content stays aligned with software releases across

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning paths for software users
• Ability to audit and update knowledge bases
• Strong proficiency in creating visual guides and written instructions
• Familiarity with LMS concepts and course authoring tools

Responsibilities

• Own the structure and expansion of our LMS (Thinkific). Build and maintain self-paced courses and interactive learning modules.
• Design role-based learning paths that help different types of users find the training they need.
• Create assessments and knowledge checks to measure learner comprehension and the effectiveness of our client education programs.
• Assist with live webinar production and occasionally script, create, or edit short video tutorials to support seasonal needs and new product releases.
