Utah Transit Authority seeks a Learning Architect to shape employee growth and organizational success by translating business needs into meaningful learning experiences, innovative L&D programs, instructional design solutions, and workforce training strategies across the agency.

You will partner with leaders and departments to identify capability gaps, design engaging content (including e-learning), manage LMS initiatives, and ensure training aligns with strategic goals while fostering a culture

Qualifications

• Experience building e-learning and assessments
• Video recording/editing and animation
• Translate business needs into learning solutions
• Strong stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• As Learning Architect, deliver consultations and training program development
• Oversee curriculum management for consistency and quality
• Assist LMS administration and project management
• Design and evaluate learning content across org
• Ensure training aligns with organizational goals
