Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessment with stakeholders/SMEs to identify gaps and align with KPIs.
• Lead the design of learning solutions with detailed storyboards and plans; work with SMEs to bring expertise.
• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to align solutions with objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Drive innovation by integrating simulations and learner interactions to enhance outcomes.
