Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Learning Architect to strategically design and develop learning solutions that drive measurable performance. You will lead design planning of advanced experiences, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure outcomes are relevant and measurable.

Responsibilities include assessments, storyboard design, SME collaboration, and implementing evaluation strategies (Kirkpatrick levels 1-4) to improve business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in instructional design, learning & development, educational technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in learning architecture or instructional design with proven impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessment with stakeholders and SMEs to identify gaps and align learning solutions with KPIs.
• Lead design of comprehensive learning solutions with detailed storyboards and plans; collaborate with SMEs to incorporate expert knowledge.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives throughout projects.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure learning impact.
• Incorporate innovative technologies (e.g., simulations) to enhance engagement and outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, or related field
