Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Learning Architect to strategically design and develop learning solutions that improve performance. You will lead design planning, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure outcomes are measurable and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include needs assessment, storyboard design, SME collaboration, evaluation strategies (Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4), and integrating simulations and engaging tech to boost learning impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Learning architecture or instructional design with proven business impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and SMEs to identify gaps and align learning with business goals.
• Lead the design of comprehensive learning solutions with detailed storyboards and design plans that adhere to adult learning principles and ensure a smooth handoff to developers.
• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (e.g. Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Drive innovation by integrating simulations and engaging technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Human Resource Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
