Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning & development, HR development, educational technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in learning architecture or instructional design with proven business-outcome impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and SMEs to identify gaps and align solutions with KPIs.
• Lead design of comprehensive learning solutions with clear storyboards and plans for development by instructional developers.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (e.g. Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure impact and improve programs.
• Drive innovation with simulations and advanced learner interactions to boost engagement.
