As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Growth Assistant Training Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about learning and development, this is your chance to make an impact and grow with us!

Your Role:

As a Training Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills to excel. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Hosting virtual training sessions via Zoom, covering topics like policies, tools, and industry best practices. Be prepared to present on camera for 50-70% of your workday.
2. Leading onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they’re prepared for their roles and evaluating their readiness for the next steps.
3. Providing one-on-one and group training on advanced topics such as email marketing, SEO, e-commerce website management, data analysis, and customer service.
4. Creating and refining training materials tailored to the needs of the team.
5. Partnering with leadership to evaluate training outcomes and identify areas for continuous development.

What We’re Looking For:

We value professionals who are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about training and development.

Key Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of Training experience or similar roles.
2. 1-2 years of virtual assistance experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in at least two areas: email marketing, e-commerce website management, or data analytics/reporting.
4. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and related tools is essential.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Ability to inspire and motivate others through effective coaching.
7. Familiarity with Canva, Trainual, and Loom is a plus.
8. Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Technical Requirements:

1. A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
2. Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20Mbps.
