A leading company in education is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to oversee training resources and manage a team of specialists. The role involves strategic planning, project management, and fostering relationships across departments to enhance training effectiveness.
In this position, the Manager of Learning and Development will manage the daily workflow related to the development and delivery of training and training resources. Under the guidance of the Senior Director, this individual will support the strategy around change management, training intake, and the overall direction of the Training team. This individual manages a team of Training Specialists who support training facilitation, including colleague onboarding for enrollment and student success teams.
