A leading university seeks a Manager of Learning and Development to oversee training development and delivery. This role involves managing a team, evaluating training needs, and ensuring compliance with educational standards, all while fostering positive social change.

In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid model with three in-office days and two remote days weekly. Starting Q1 2025, we will shift to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday–Thursday, to enhance creativity, communication, and team cohesion.
Opportunity at a Glance
The Manager of Learning and Development will oversee the daily workflow related to training development and delivery. Reporting to the Senior Director, they will support change management strategies, training intake, and guide the Training team. This role manages a team of Training Specialists involved in training facilitation and onboarding for enrollment and student success teams.
The expected salary range is $70,696.34 to $108,334.92, adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors.
