About the Team/Position
The Manager of Learning and Development is responsible for working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning content. This includes auditing existing learning materials, adapting content to changing learner needs, and aligning content with business goals and initiatives. This individual will also manage the learning environment, implement training development standards, and coordinate job-related activities and assignments.
