About the Team/Position

The Manager of Learning and Development is responsible for working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning content. This includes auditing existing learning materials, adapting content to changing learner needs, and aligning content with business goals and initiatives. This individual will also manage the learning environment, implement training development standards, and coordinate job-related activities and assignments.

  • Developing and adapting learning content, aligning it with business goals, validating content with subject matter experts, maintaining consistency and adherence to learning standards, and providing project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Using various software and tools to manage development and customization of learning experiences.
  • Researching learning needs and creating blended learning experiences.
  • Evaluating content effectiveness, resolving inconsistencies, and researching industry techniques.
  • Replicating best practices and being accountable to meeting content development timelines.
  • Fostering continuous learning and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.
