The Manager of Learning and Development oversees the development and delivery of training programs, supporting change management and strategic initiatives within the Training team. This role manages a team of Training Specialists involved in training facilitation and onboarding processes for enrollment and student success teams.
The salary range for this role is approximately $70,696 to $108,335, with actual pay based on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, 401k with employer match, paid holidays, and flexible time off. Participation in an annual incentive program is also available.
