Responsibilities

• Ensure staff are trained on current policies and cross-trained.
• Handle administrative tasks: meetings, ADP updates, PTO approvals, HR coordination.
• Oversee safety and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Review monthly warehouse performance reports and identify issues.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to maximize operations capacity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
