Position Overview

International Motors LLC is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor! Schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Our Joliet, IL Parts Distribution Center plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, timely parts to our customers, and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead from the front.

  • Drive performance improvement KPIs and audit processes to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and service levels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality teams to improve end-to-end performance
  • Foster a people-driven work environment built on trust, accountability, and open communication
  • Maintain documentation that demonstrates effectiveness and compliance with company procedures
  • Support and manage a union or represented workforce professionally and consistently
  • Able to manage emails and operations
  • Variable shifts
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience

OR

  • Master's degree and at least 1 year of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience

OR

  • At least 5 years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution/Warehouse experience
Additional Requirements
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
Desired Skills
  • Experience in utilizing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
  • Prior warehouse supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with represented or unionized workforces a plus
  • Proven success in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with change management and performance coaching
  • Ability to drive a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
