New Flyer in Louisville, KY seeks a Warehouse Manager to provide leadership for the Parts Distribution Center, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations. You will prioritize warehouse activities, manage data integrity, and coordinate resources across teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily tasks, implementing LEAN improvements, maintaining budgets, KPI tracking, and fostering a strong safety culture. Strong communication and Oracle/WMS familiarity are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse operating equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Advanced organizational, multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Working knowledge of Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all warehouse processes and ensure timely completion of daily tasks by the warehouse team.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and apply LEAN principles.
• Ensure timely and accurate information exchange between the Louisville warehouse and other departments.
• Develop, maintain and review KPIs to support warehouse process measurements.
• Monitor maintenance schedules for all warehouse equipment.
• Develop annual operating budget and manage the warehouse within the financial plan.
• Oversee inventory control and integrity.
• Foster a positive team environment across warehouse functions.
• Support cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a safe working environment following OSHA regulations.
