Job summary

NFI Parts is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Louisville, KY distribution center. Lead warehouse operations, drive safety, and optimize processes to meet quality standards and on-time performance.

You will oversee daily tasks, manage resources, and monitor KPI data while coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate information exchange. Strong leadership and Lean principles are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
• WMS and distribution experience preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse operating equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Advanced organizational, multi-tasking, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to converse in a professional manner in written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of Oracle

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse related processes and ensure timely completion of daily tasks by the warehouse team
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiencies and optimization using LEAN principles
• Ensure timely and accurate information exchange between the Louisville warehouse team and other departments
• Develop, maintain and review KPIs to support warehouse process measurements
• Monitor maintenance schedules for all warehouse equipment
• Develop annual operating budget and manage the warehouse within the approved financial plan
• Oversee inventory control and integrity
• Foster a positive team environment across warehouse functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on problem solving and continuous improvement
• Maintain a safe working environment aligning with OSHA and company guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
